Private browsing for iPhone & iPad
Tor and VPN in one browser — built so we can't identify you.
Onion Knight combines the Tor network with a VPN, so you can browse privately and reach blocked sites. No account. No third-party trackers.
Free to download · iOS 17+ · iPhone & iPad

One app, four ways to connect
Pick the balance of speed and protection you need — from fast everyday VPN to maximum-anonymity Tor over VPN.
TOR Browser
Browse through the Tor network. Your traffic is relayed across several hops, so the sites you visit don't see your real IP.
VPN Browser
Browse inside the app over the VPN tunnel, protected by a fail-closed kill switch.
VPN Mode
Route your whole device through an encrypted VPN tunnel to one of several countries.
Tor Over VPN
Layer both: your traffic goes through the VPN first, then into the Tor network.
How Tor over VPN works
Two layers, one tap. Your connection is encrypted to the VPN first, then relayed through the Tor network — so no single party sees the whole path.
Who it's for
Journalists & activists
Keep your sources and your location to yourself.
Where the internet is censored
Reach blocked sites. Built-in bridges help you connect even when Tor itself is blocked.
Anyone tired of being profiled
Browse without an account that ties your sessions together.

Privacy that's built in, not bolted on
We don't bundle analytics or crash-reporting SDKs from other companies.
We don't log your browsing history, traffic destination, content, or DNS queries — and we don't keep your real IP.
Nothing links your sessions to a name or email.
If the secure connection drops, traffic is blocked — not sent in the clear.
No analytics, no third-party scripts, no cookies you didn't ask for.

Built to get through
Where Tor is blocked, built-in bridges (obfs4 and snowflake) disguise your traffic so you can still connect. With VPN modes, you also choose which country your exit appears from.
obfs4 makes your traffic look random; snowflake makes it look like an ordinary call.
Pick a country, or let Optimal country select the best relay for you.

FAQ
Is this the official Tor?
No. Onion Knight uses the Tor network, but it's an independent app and is not affiliated with the Tor Project.
How is it different from a normal VPN?
A VPN hides your IP from the sites you visit; Tor relays your traffic across several hops for stronger anonymity. Onion Knight gives you both — and lets you layer them (Tor over VPN).
What does it cost?
Free to download, with an optional subscription for full access. Current pricing is shown on the App Store.
Do you collect anything about me?
No account, no third-party trackers, and no logging of your real IP or DNS queries. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What if Tor is blocked where I am?
Use the built-in bridges (such as obfs4) to connect even where Tor is censored.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad running iOS 17 or later.
